Responsibilities:
As a member of the AllOne Health senior management team, Karen Ransom leads the company’s National Occupational Health Division. In this role, she oversees all of the occupational physicians, nurses and paraprofessional staff, located in multiple sites around the country. She also directs the Absence Management Division, which handles case and claims management of employee absenteeism due to workers’ compensation,, short-term disability and the Family Medical Leave Act. In addition, she also manages the newly developed Medical Legal Resources Department, which assists adjusters and attorneys with medical review of records prior to litigation.
