Medical Surveillance Exams

Many companies, depending upon the nature of their processes, are subject to OSHA compliance demands. OSHA standards touch many industries and can be multifaceted. Medical surveillance requires specific appraisals, testing, and hands-on examination. At AllOne Health, we are veterans in identifying and administering the appropriate tests and exams in strict accordance with OSHA guidelines. We document results in our database and retain hard copy records as well. Clients can be assured that they will be well-prepared for audits when the time arises.

Our professional staff works with clients to train and educate management and other employees to determine and assess points of possible exposure in the performance of employees’ jobs and to apply OSHA requirements when necessary. Our physicians and other professionals design appropriate medical surveillance programs to ensure the customer achieves compliance in all aspects of its business activities. AllOne Health aids its partners in remaining regulatory- and audit-compliant in a cost-effective way.

AllOne Health uses three approaches in its Medical Surveillance program to ensure client exams are compliant, cost effective, and easy to administer:

  1. The most popular approach, ideal for multi-site employers located throughout the country and abroad, is to utilize our global network of health care providers and clinics for needed examinations.
  2. A second approach that minimizes lost time and productivity is to utilize our onsite mobile testing units to ensure testing and examinations are done expeditiously, safely, and with minimal disruption to the client’s activities.
  3. The third choice is to provide a onsite health care professional. For those clients who can provide a dedicated space for onsite health services, we recruit and hire full-time or part-time health care professionals to work at the client’s site. Onsite health care workers have AllOne Health’s complete backing and assistance available to them.

Registered and licensed practical nurses review all exam documentation, questionnaires, tests, and lab results. Audiometric testing is forwarded onto our certified audiologist who reviews and assesses all and returns her evaluations to the corporate office. Any deviation from normal is discussed with our physicians on a case-by-case basis. Clearances are issued depending upon all results meeting OSHA or other standards and physician authorization.

Regardless of which approach is taken, all clients are provided professional reports and record management needed for OSHA compliance.
