Travel Health

Whether you are reassigning a domestically based employee to an international post, or hiring new staff in an international location, AllOne Health can meet your needs. We offer medically appropriate screenings, vaccinations, and medical services before, during and upon return from overseas travel. From the time employees are preparing to travel until they are home safely, we ensure consistent, qualified and responsive medical care.

Our Travel Health program began as a support program for clients traveling overseas to visit their international operations and consisted primarily of identifying the destination country, confirming the CDC exposure and immunization requirements, and arranging the appropriate medical procedure and/or vaccines. Since then, we’ve evolved to provide an extensive array of services in 45 countries. We support clients that are providing relief services to countries torn apart by natural disasters such as tsunamis, or sending security forces and personnel to rebuild Iraq, to pre-testing of staff before they’re deployed to a South Seas island.

When one of your employees needs to travel internationally, we work with the employee to determine any necessary medical exams or vaccines needed, depending on the destination and the job the employee may be performing. We schedule that employee for a visit to one of the clinics in our network for the necessary tests and/or exams. We receive the documentation from the clinic within 24 hours. Once we’ve received it, one of our Travel Health nurses reviews it with one of our staff physicians to make sure everything’s in order. The physician then provides the clearance to travel. All information is communicated electronically and clearance/no clearance information is available on our website for up to three years.

We offer a broad global network of affiliated physicians, specialists, nurses and other clinical practitioners, all operating under the skilled oversight of our medical directors and clinical case management team. Our dedicated Clinic Relations department works to coordinate services with the necessary facilities, no matter what time zone they’re in. AllOne Health’s Travel Health program will ensure your employees are physically fit for the job, can prevent illness while on location, and can coordinate local resources for a medical evaluation.
