Our specialized clinical personnel review each case, taking into account the company, the job and all applicable regulations. When workers are ready to return from leave or disability, specialists at any of our global network of 6,000 clinics can conduct a fitness-for-duty exam that is overseen by our clinical staff to ensure each employee has the capacity to safely perform his or her job.
