Counseling Models

AllOne Health offers a full range of counseling services to employees and their families. This includes household members, spouses or partners, children, roommates, and any individual visiting or staying with one of your employees. AllOne Health’s goal is to help employees obtain the necessary resources to gain improved mental and emotional stability at home and at work.

Assessment and referral
Given the large number of potential issues that AllOne Health is able to support as an organization, AllOne Health’s first response to a caller is to carefully identify the member’s underlying reason for calling. This allows the member to be specifically directed to any number of counselors specialized in the issue(s) that member would like to discuss. Our assessment and referral services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that we’ll be there for your employees, whatever issue they call us about.

Phone and face-to-face sessions
After we conduct a comprehensive assessment of a caller’s issue, we discuss appropriate short-term counseling or referral options with the client. AllOne Health offers both phone-only and face-to-face session models. Clients who decide to meet with one of the counselors in our network are matched to a counselor who specializes in the areas of the employee’s interest and presenting issues, as opposed to a random selection. Counselors can also be selected according to clients’ preferred location (proximity to work, home, or other).

Onsite counseling
AllOne Health can also provide services and consultation at the worksite. This provides our client companies with assistance when and where they need help the most. Examples of these services include:

• Providing a regular onsite presence to employees
• Supporting management and human resources with onsite individual or organizational interventions
• Offering onsite presence during a reduction in force
• Conducting a Workplace Crisis Response debriefing when a traumatic incident has occurred
