BIDMC's Employee Assistance Work/Life Program is a free, confidential benefit to help employees and their household members balance work and family issues. No issue is too small or too large to call the EAP! The service includes free counseling, referral information and free legal and financial advice. This service is strictly confidential and can assist with both personal and work-related issues. Counseling can be done by telephone or in person at convenient offices near home or work. Legal and financial services include a free 30-minute consultation per issue with an Attorney or Financial Planner and a 25% discount, if more time is required.
